Jakarta Metro System

Begitu banyak upaya untuk mengurangi kemacetan. Satu lagi akan diperkenalkan untuk masyarakat, Jakarta Metro System.
Definisi Metro System: an urban, electric mass transit railway system totally independent from other traffic with high service frequency. Mass Rapid Transit (MRT), transportation system designed to allow passenger travel within or throughout usually using employing surface, elevated or underground or some combination of these. Rapid transit systems are generally considered to be mass transit systems, capable of moving large of passengers in a single train. The large capacities of such systems make them potentially more efficient than urban automobile transportation.
Rute rencana JMS melalui Lebak Bulus, Fatmawati, Cipete Raya, Haji Nawi, Blok A, Blok M, Senayan, Istora, Benhil, Setiabudi, Dukuh Atas Bundaran HI.Dari Lebak Bulus sampai Benhil merupakan elevated track sementara dari Benhil sampai bunderan HI melalui jalur underground/subway.
Tiap pembangunan pasti ada sisi negatifnya seperti yang terjadi pada subway di New York era tahun 1970 sampai 1980-an dimana banyak sekali terjadi kriminalitas.Hal ini harus diantisipasi.

Kia Ora (Hello) from a blogger down under in New Zealand. We need a "new train" system in Auckland !!! Talk about riding on the roof, in the other photo. Is it always like that ???

Hello Kelvin. Yes,the problem of riding on the carriage roof remains a major problem and a number of countermeasures have been tried, such as covering the roof with barbed wire, coating with oil, spraying dye on passengers on the roof, removing rain gutters from carriages. But those didn't stop them
